• If your account gets suspended due to failed payment of your installments or an expired credit card you will have the option resume your installment plan where you left off without starting over.
• First you have to click here and go to the Guide Sites account portal so you can access your payment history.
• Once you are in the Guide Sites account portal you should click on the "Payments History" link.

• You'll then be taken to an overview of your installment payments. On that same page you should see a link that says "Resume Subscription". Click on that link.

• NOTE: You must resume your installment payments with the same type of payment that you initially joined with. If you joined with a credit card you need to resume with a credit card. If you joined with PayPal then you need to resume with PayPal.
• If you joined with a regular credit card/debit card then you will be presented with payment page to pay for your next installment payment and reactivate your installment plan as well.
• NOTE: The terms you see on the payment page will be UPDATED installment terms based on what payments you have left. It will not show the original terms.

• If you originally signed up for an installment plan with PayPal then when you click on the "Resume Subscription" link you'll be taken to PayPal to resume your installment plan where you left off.
